These Terms and Conditions govern your use of tashina.dance and all associated services including the Elevate Your Swing membership program operated by Tashina Beckmann-King. By using our services you agree to these Terms. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Tashina Dance provides online West Coast Swing coaching, educational content, and community membership. Services include pre-recorded video training libraries, live and recorded group coaching calls, community forum access, downloadable resources, and email communications. MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING Elevate Your Swing is offered as a rolling monthly or 6-month membership across Community, Gold, and Platinum tiers. All prices are in USD. Your membership renews automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely through Kajabi and Stripe. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel your membership at any time through your Kajabi account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Due to immediate access to all recorded content upon enrolment, we do not offer refunds. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content including videos, training materials, the Magnetic Movement Method, logos, and written content is the exclusive property of Tashina Beckmann-King. You may not reproduce, share, or use our content to create competing products without written consent. COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT All members must engage with respect and integrity. We reserve the right to remove any member who behaves offensively, spams other members, or violates community standards, without refund. RESULTS DISCLAIMER We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Individual results vary based on skill level, effort, and personal circumstances. Testimonials represent individual experiences only. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tashina Dance shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
