This Agreement reflects your intent to enter into contract with TK & Companies LLC on the terms and conditions herein.  By signing, you are waiving certain legal rights, including the rights to sue TK & Companies LLC.

You agree to take full responsibility of how you may use the information in this community.  No guarantee's are made as to a person's increase in confidence, progress, improvement or dance results.  Results will vary. 

You acknowledge and agree that your participation entails inherent known and unknown risks that may result in serious physical injury, emotional injury,  or damages to you. You fully understand that there are known and unknown risks that cannot be reasonably eliminated from the activities offered by TK & Companies LLC, which include but are not limited to sprains, breaks, muscle injuries, and harm caused by any underlying medical conditions you may have. You voluntarily agree to participate and assume such risks. You represent that you are in good health, in proper physical condition, and  do not have any medical or other conditions that would impair your ability to participate.

You agree to fully and forever release and discharge TK & Companies LLC and its respective affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, and insurers (collectively referred as “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries (including death), losses, damages, claims (including negligence claims), demands, lawsuits, expenses, and any other liability of any kind, of or to you, your property, or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with your participation.

You agree to defend, indemnify, hold harmless and reimburse Released Parties from and for all damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) incurred by Released Parties or paid by them to any person (including you or your insurers) in respect of any accident, injury (including death), loss, or property damage, however caused resulting from, arising out of, or otherwise in connection with your participation. You will reimburse Released Parties if anyone makes a claim against them in connection with your participation.

You agree to not initiate any claim, lawsuit, court action, or other legal proceeding or demand against Released Parties, nor join or assist in the prosecution of any claim for money or other damages which anyone may have, on account of injuries (including death), losses, or damages sustained by you or other parties, in connection with your participation, and you agree to waive any right you may have to do so. This means that you cannot sue to hold Released Parties responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by you or other parties in connection with your participation. This means your insurers have no rights of subrogation against Released Parties.

You acknowledge you are signing up for a 6 month subscription and will be billed once every 6 months until you choose to cancel, regardless of whether you actually attend or engage in the program, course and/or community or any of it's coaching's.

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with the program, course and/or community within the first 7 days of first purchase, a full refund will be provided.  After the initial 7 day window from first purchase, no refunds will be issued. 

By completing your purchase, you agree with these terms and agree not to initiate a charge-back procedure on any credit cards on account for any reason.  Should a dispute over payment arise, you agree that resolution shall first be attempted between yourself and Tashina King.

In the event a participant is under the age of 18, the parent or guardian signs and agrees for himself or herself and on behalf of the minor participant.
